    Taking care of viscose bamboo and spandex kids' pajamas requires a gentle and mindful approach to ensure their longevity.

    1. Select a Gentle Cycle: Set your washing machine to a delicate or gentle cycle with cold water. The gentle cycle will help protect the delicate fibers of the pajamas.

    2.Turn Pajamas Inside Out: Before placing your bamboo PJs in the washing machine, turn them inside out. This will help reduce pilling and protect any printed or embellished designs.

    3. Air Dry or Tumble Dry on Low: After washing, it's best to air dry viscose bamboo and spandex pajamas to maintain their shape and elasticity. Hang them up or lay them flat on a drying rack away from direct sunlight. If you prefer to use a dryer, choose a low heat or delicate setting. 

    Shipping & Returns

    Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return or exchange contact pbandgrape@gmail.com with your order number that is located in the confirmation email or packing slip.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please notify us of a damaged item within 3 days of receiving it. 

    Items that are non-refundable
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the payment used to make the original purchase. Please remember that it can take 3 or more days for banks to process a refund. There are no restocking fees.
