Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them: unworn and unused
- With tags, in the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Email hello@pbandgrape.com with your order number. You'll find it in your confirmation email or on your packing slip.
The fastest way to get what you want: return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method automatically. Banks can take 3+ days to process. No restocking fees.
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can make it right.
Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
