U.S. Orders

• Express Shipping:

  • 1 to 2 business days
  • $18.61 for orders under $150.00
  • $22.00 for orders over $151.00
    
    

• Standard Shipping:

  • 3-4 business days
  • $5.80 for orders totaling $0.00–$50.00
  • $6.85 for orders totaling $51.00–$100.00
  • $7.80 for orders totaling $101.00–$150.00

Processing Times

• Our current processing time is 1 to 3 business days on all orders, including Express and Standard shipping.

Order Status

• All orders come with shipping and tracking information. Please check your emails for updates.
• Please allow 48 hours for tracking to be updated.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the provided tracking information, please contact the last available courier for more information.

Import Taxes & Duties

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, duties, or taxes.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

• Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by the shipping method used in the original order. We will deduct shipping fees from your refund for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address.
• Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and an $8 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. Please place a new order with the correct shipping address/information if you would like your items re-sent.
